SHIPPING

UK shipping is charged at £3.99 and international shipping is £9. Please keep an eye out for any shipping discount codes.

Items are usually dispatched between 24-48 hours. UK orders are sent 1st class recorded delivery. International orders are also sent fully tracked and insured.

Please be aware that International shipping may occasionally take longer if subjected to delays at customs that are beyond our control.

RETURNS

Please email Info@newretrouk.com for returns address.
All items are returnable as long as the item still has the tag attached, has not been worn outside and has been RECEIVED by us within 14days of being purchased.

If we receive the item after 14 days we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Please send email a refund request prior to sending the item and we will send you the address to return the item. Returning the item WITHOUT sending a refund request will only prevent your refund from being processed. Please include a note with your details including your name, address and the date of your purchase.
