SHIPPING



UK SHIPPING

Cost £3.99 or free on orders over £50

All items are usually dispatched between 24-48 hours. UK orders are sent 1st class recorded delivery.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Cost £9 or free for orders over £70.

International orders will usually arrive between 4-14days after purchase, depending on the country.
Please be aware that International shipping may occasionally take longer if subjected to delays at customs that are beyond our control.

All items are sent recorded delivery and with a tracking number, except for sale or low value items.



RETURNS

All items are returnable as long as the item still has the tag attached, has not been worn outside and has been RECEIVED by us within 14days of being purchased.

If we receive the item after 14 days we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Items can be exchanged up to 28 days of purchase.

Please send a refund request prior to sending the item and we will send you the address to return the item. Returning the item WITHOUT sending a refund request will only prevent your refund from being processed.

Please include a note with your details including your name, address and the date of your purchase.

We currently do not offer free returns so please refrain from excessive purchasing. All items are made on order so please refrain from wasteful purchases that you do not intend to keep.
